Job summary

Mary Free Bed at Covenant Health Care in Saginaw is seeking a Registered Nurse - Nights to join the Nursing Department. This full-time role runs 7 p.m.–7 a.m. for 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $12,000 and starting pay of $32.05 per hour, based on experience.

Eligible staff receive full benefits, yearly raises, PTO, and a 403b retirement plan. The RN will provide patient-centered rehabilitation care and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to promote safety and excellent

Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered nurse in Michigan.
• Education: Associate's degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to department policies.
• Support patient and family education on rehab goals.
