Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to oversee off-shift operations within the LMH Nursing Administration department. You will manage patient flow, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, quality care in a 24/7 acute care environment.

The role focuses on leadership, crisis management, and staff development, with responsibilities spanning documentation, bed management, and cross-team collaboration to support hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in Florida.
• Nursing leadership and management experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety, evidence-based practice, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient flow and staffing for nights in the acute care hospital setting.
• Act as a leadership resource across nursing units and allied health teams.
• Ensure documentation, bed management, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff; handle crisis management and incident command when needed.
