Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Round Rock is seeking a Transport Registered Nurse to support the NICU transport team. You will care for high-risk neonates, attend deliveries, and facilitate ground and flight transports under physician direction.

The role requires NICU experience, RN licensure, and the ability to work nights on a 3-shift per week schedule; prior transport experience is a plus. This mobile role emphasizes teamwork, rapid assessment, and adherence to care standards.

• Transport experience is a plus.
• RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-risk neonates and assist in neonate and child transport.
• Attend deliveries and assist Ground and Flight transports as needed.
• Follow Physicians’ directions to stabilize patients before transfer to specialized care.
• Care for patients in units such as NICU, ICU for newborns, and Emergency Department.
• Participate in ongoing education and team/department meetings.
