Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Transport Registered Nurse for the Round Rock NICU, responsible for mobile high-risk patient care and Neonatal transport coordination. You will support NICU teams, attend deliveries, and assist in stabilizing patients for transfers.

Required NICU experience and RN licensure with BLS within 30 days. This is a full-time role with day shifts, supporting ground and air transport in a busy NICU setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current RN license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-risk neonate patients and families in a mobile setting.
• Attend Ground and Flight transports; assist NICU team during deliveries.
• Stabilize patients per physician directions before transfer to specialized care.
• Utilize patient care standards and participate in ongoing education and team meetings.
