Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU transport in Round Rock, TX. This full-time night shift role involves mobile patient care for high-risk neonates and pediatric transport, functioning as a hospital-wide resource for transport-related respiratory therapy.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications and NBRC RRT-NPS licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct respiratory care services including oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilation.
• Administer CPR in emergencies and assess patient condition.
• Review orders and adjust therapies based on diagnostic results.
• Document treatments, supplies used, and charges accurately.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and policy requirements.
