Zusammenfassung

Stormont Vail Health seeks a NICU Patient Care Technician for a part-time night shift. You will assist with sterile procedures, patient care, and prep for infant feedings while supporting the NICU transport team. On-site role with room for ongoing education and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include ADL support, vital signs, infection prevention, and timely communication with the care team. Requires completion of an accredited program or applicable certifications.

Qualifikationen

• First semester in an accredited nursing program is required or
• Completed medical assistant or patient care technician program; required or
• Certifications may substitute for the education requirement.

• Implements identified plan with interdisciplinary care team to promote health and wellness.
• Collaborates with the care team to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Communicates patient data promptly to the appropriate staff.
• Promotes infection prevention and safe patient care through standard precautions.
• Assists with activities of daily living and records vital signs for nurse review.
• Supports NICU Transport Team and participates in ongoing education.
