Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, comprehensive nursing care to NICU patients.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Develops discharge/transfer plans and coordinates treatment.
• Supports ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement.
