Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced NICU RN for night shift (7p–7a or similar) to deliver high-quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU in West San Antonio. You will monitor, assess, and support families while collaborating with neonatologists and the transport team.

Active Texas RN license (or compact) and 1–2+ years NICU experience are required, with BLS/NRP. This faith-based health system offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and a supportive clinical ladder in a growing hospital.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (or compact).
• Minimum 1–2+ years NICU experience.
• BLS/NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to protocols.
