Leoforce is seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse for night shifts in our Level II NICU in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver high-quality newborn care during overnight hours, collaborating with neonatology teams and families to ensure safe, evidence-based practice.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, NICU experience, and BLS/NRP certifications, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night environment. Night shift differential and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Seeking experienced NICU RN for night shift (7p-7a or similar) to provide high-quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
