Responsibilities

• Develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans for assigned patients in collaboration with the care team
• Communicate plans and priorities to all care team members and families
• Provide patient/family education on treatments and medications
• Recognize and respond to behavioral health or cultural needs
• Document nursing process accurately and timely
• Serve as a resource/mentor for new staff and rotating personnel
• Pursue ongoing professional development and contribute to team learning
