Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Network Security Operations to guide a distributed team of US-based and offshore engineers in a night-shift, remote role.

You will oversee incident response, change management and drive security operations to protect critical assets. The role requires strong leadership in security operations, hands-on experience with Check Point, Cisco ASA, Zscaler, WAF, and Proxy technologies, plus CISSP or CCNP Security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in network and perimeter security.
• Hands-on with firewalls, proxies, WAFs, and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, including incident and change management.
• Provide technical leadership for rapid incident detection and resolution.
• Lead response efforts for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional response to minimize business impact.
• Partner with engineering teams to align operations with design.
