Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and decision making using the nursing process.
• Document care per department guidelines and ensure accurate charting.
• Mentor/teach other staff and act as a preceptor when needed.
• Assist with transfer and discharge planning and patient education.
