Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and delegation within the care team.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
