Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan patient care and coordinate services.
• Document nursing care and patient responses per department guidelines.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and mentor other nurses on the unit.
