Northwell Health is seeking a FT NC Milling Operator in Bohemia, NY to join an aerospace manufacturing team. You will set up and operate NC milling machines, read blueprints, and ensure precision machining of aerospace components. Night shift is from 5:30 p.m.

to 2:30 a.m. The role requires reading specifications, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include programming adjustments on 840D and Fanuc controls, running two machines when possible, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in set up and operation of N/C milling machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection gauges.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate N/C milling machines, including Cincinnati Milacron, Okuma.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure correct fabrication.
• Use 840D and Fanuc controls for programming and adjustments.
• Perform functional tests and inspections to verify tolerances and quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
