Job summary

Hoffmaster in Oconto, WI is hiring a Napkin Assistant for the overnight production line. This physically demanding, fast-paced role supports machine operations, moves materials, and helps keep the line running smoothly.

Starting pay is $20.06/hour with scheduled increases and a $1.00/hour night shift premium. The position features a 2-2-3 rotating 12‑hour shift, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, and room for growth to a Machine

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we’ll train you.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable with physical work including twisting, lifting, and operating a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Remove full napkin bags from the machine.
• Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack.
• Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed.
• Keep pace with fast production output.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines.
