Vestas is seeking a Production Team Member for the Brighton, CO nacelle assembly line. You will assemble fabricated parts at floor stations using hand and power tools, interpret schematics, and work with a team to build high-quality nacelle units with safety and accuracy.

The role requires manufacturing experience and the ability to follow English instructions. Night shifts run Monday to Thursday, offering a $3/hour differential; pay ranges from $23.50 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools.
• Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.
• Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame.
• Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.
• Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes.
• Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components.
• Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product.
• Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality.
