Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in Salisbury and nearby locations. You will lead teams, drive customer service excellence, and ensure standards while traveling locally to support nearby locations.

This role offers a fast-paced, energetic environment with room to grow. Compensation includes a $1.50/hr night shift premium, competitive pay, PTO, 401k match, 100% paid parental leave, health/vision/dental coverage, snack discounts, and a 4-day work week

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture and embody Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
