Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across district stores, driving performance and delivering stellar customer service. You will mentor team members, coordinate tasks with Store Team Members, and report to the General Manager while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team or coordinating multiple stores.
• Willingness to travel locally to support nearby stores.
• Able to multitask and manage physical tasks as part of a supervisor role.
• Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to team members while meeting standards.
• Inspire and mentor staff, providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment and support regulatory standards.
