Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across multiple stores in the district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with the GM to drive performance while maintaining top service and standards.

The role includes local travel and a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates bring prior team leadership, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility for a 4-day week-style schedule with night differential.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by embodying company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
