Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple stores within a district. You will drive store performance, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance.

This role may travel locally to support nearby locations and offers schedule flexibility with rotating weekend offs. The position emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on collaboration, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching; lifting up to 20 lbs, 40 lbs with assistance.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia: Supervisors 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
