Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the night shift in the Mom & Baby department. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with coordination across disciplines.

You will ensure evidence-based practice, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting a collaborative care environment for families in the unit.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with comprehensive evaluations across physical, social, and psychological domains.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and coordination.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed to reach goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to licensure and regulatory standards.
