Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field or meets the CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing personnel grandfathering clauses
• ASCP certification or eligible is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret tests at varying complexity levels in the clinical laboratory
• Maintain laboratory quality control procedures and documentation
• Adhere to CLIA regulations and institutional policies
• Participate in proficiency testing and annual competency assessments
• Maintain instrument calibration and preventive maintenance records
• Educate and train staff or students on laboratory protocols
