Qualifications

• Experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities across production areas.
• Oversee work orders scheduling and track team performance metrics.
• Ensure staffing coverage and staff training for assigned work.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics; report to management.
• Partner with engineering on investigations and corrective actions; review non-conformance findings.
