Qualifications

• 5+ years of injection molding experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in high volume production.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to lead and develop others to achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team to produce quality products while maintaining safety and organizational standards.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Record downtime, scraps, and track team efficiency; report nonconformances.
