Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC preferred.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites and respond to emergencies.
• Overnight shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections.
• Respond to spills and emergency situations per contract obligations.
• Ensure completion of work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
