Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across facilities and job sites. You will conduct rounds, inspections and respond to incidents, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

The role is overnight, hourly pay is $27, with eligibility for ABM's comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for skill development and training as directed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing tasks.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Job description

This position creates processes and performs physical inventory counts on job sites and at facilities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the wellbeing and protection of the environment, property and occupants, in accordance with contractual obligations. Participates in training directed at increasing job-related skills and assists in training of other employees as directed.

Pay:$27 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data. This is an overnight position.
