Share Medical Center in Alva, Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for the night shift. You will join our Laboratory team and contribute to accurate, timely lab results supporting physicians and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing per procedures and orders.
• Analyze blood, urine and body fluids for diagnosis.
• Collect, identify, label and process patient specimens.
• Perform blood bank testing and compatibility testing for transfusions.
• Maintain quality control and calibration procedures.
• Review and validate results before reporting.
• Prioritize STAT and urgent testing for patient care.
