Job summary

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of laboratory testing, maintain quality and accuracy, and support excellent patient care.

We value detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused individuals who can also work independently on night shifts in a fast-paced lab. MLS/MT is preferred, but qualified MLT candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• National Certification as Medical Technologist (MT) or MLS for MT/MLS track
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with certification (ASCP/AMT)
• Washington State Phlebotomy License within 90 days of start date
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory testing with accuracy and quality control
• Maintain timely and reliable results to support patient care
• Work cooperatively with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals on night shift
