Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accept specimens in the work area and ensure proper labeling.
• Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory procedures in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, serology, immunohematology and molecular areas.
• Perform quality control testing and analyze data for accurate results.
• Operate complicated laboratory analyzers and document checks and maintenance.
• Review and independently report normal and abnormal results.
• Provide clinical instruction and assist in testing and evaluating students.
• Evaluate new instruments and techniques
