Job summary

Stratas Foods in Nashville, TN is seeking a Mixer I for a 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.). Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift, with orientation during the first three days on 1st shift.

Overtime availability and weekend work are required as needed. This entry-level role covers learning mixing processes, equipment operation, product specs, safety, and documentation while advancing through qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Related Experience: Mixing machine operation, blending, food industry, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Qualification Requirement: Must successfully complete designated training and qualification requirements for assigned mixer systems.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry

Responsibilities
