Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience in mixing, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Must complete designated training and qualification requirements for mixer systems.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend mixer systems to mix or blend a wide variety of food products.
• Fill out documentation regarding product movements, batch sheets, and ingredient additions.
• Monitor gauges, thermometers, and flow meters to maintain product quality and safety.
• Perform housekeeping, rework, and packaging tasks as assigned by supervision.
