Qualifications

• Experience in mixing machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Must complete training and qualification requirements for mixer systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn mixing processes and equipment operation.
• Follow safety procedures and document production activities.
• Operate and tend mixers to blend food products.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures and flow, adjusting as needed.
• Complete documentation for product movements and ingredients addition.
• Work bid shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
