Litehouse Foods in Lowell, MI is seeking a Mixer to operate batch systems for spice, prep, and testing. Starting pay is $20.50/hr with a $1.50/hr second shift premium and $3/hr third shift premium.

Formación

• Must be able to operate or learn computer-based batch automation technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Good written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems.
• Run batch automation systems and support production.
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches per allergen protocols.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; maintain FIFO records.
• Use scanners and inventory software to ensure accuracy.
• Requisition ingredients and supplies and report concerns to supervisor.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
