Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting is common.
• Comfortable operating or learning computer-based batch automation technology.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems to produce high-value recipes.
• Operate advanced batch automation computer systems (training provided).
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches while following strict allergen protocols.
• Keep workspace and production area clean and organized.
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain accuracy and ensure FIFO practices.
• Requisition ingredients and supplies; maintain production records.
• Adhere to all food safety policies and promptly report concerns to supervisor.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
