Litehouse Foods in Lowell, MI is seeking energetic individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Mixer (Blender/Batch Operator). We provide training and a hands-on environment with growth opportunities as you learn production processes.

You will operate mixing equipment, measure ingredients, monitor quality, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following recipes and SOPs. We offer competitive starting pay, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and a 100% employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing or production experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to learn and operate computer-based production and automation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production specs.
• Operate industrial blenders, mixing equipment, pumps, and automated batch systems (training provided).
• Measure, weigh, and load ingredients accurately for quality control.
• Perform equipment changeovers and washouts following food safety and allergen procedures.
• Use scanners and inventory systems to track ingredients and maintain FIFO practices.
• Maintain production records and report quality or safety concerns.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized for next run.
• Collaborate with team to run production safely and efficiently.
