Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets and maintain sanitation of surfaces in contact with product.
• Record batch data and deviations on forms and logs.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures and equipment; provide samples to QC as needed.
• Process daily production schedule and complete related paperwork.
• Communicate with spicers, QA and machine operators.
• Ensure correct number of cases per order and manage rework instructions.
• Assist with shift handoff and post-shift housekeeping.
• Follow SQF, GMPs, FSMA and preventive controls.
