Job summary

Intel Foundry is seeking a Process Integration and Yield Technician - Metrology in Hillsboro, OR for night shifts. You will monitor tools, classify defects, and support root-cause investigations to drive yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a STEM field or HS diploma with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience with Windows, Outlook and MS Office Suite; basic networking skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and analytical environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tool and process performance; identify defects and assist yield investigations.
• Classify defects and support disposition decisions and root-cause analysis.
• Review data, address OOS conditions, and help maintain process stability.
• Operate semiconductor process/inspection equipment per SOPs and quality rules.
• Document data for process control, defect reduction and continuous improvement.
