You’ll support therapeutic treatment plans, assist with patient care activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure safe and respectful behavioral health support. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• BLS certification required before working on the floor.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report patient behavior and information relevant to the treatment plan.
• Support therapeutic activities based on patient diagnosis and individual needs.
• Ensure patient dignity and respect for each patient’s values.
• Assist with physical care needs, including safely supporting patients during crises or emergencies.
• Communicate patient needs clearly and effectively to the clinical team.
• Complete progress notes in accordance with program procedures.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate demeanor in all patient interactions.
