Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report patient behavior relevant to treatment plans.
• Support therapeutic activities based on patient diagnosis and needs.
• Respect patient dignity and values in all interactions.
• Assist with physical care, including safe handling during crises or emergencies.
• Communicate patient needs clearly to the clinical team and complete progress notes.
