Job summary

Baptist Health, Prattville Baptist Hospital, is seeking a Mental Health Technician to provide patient care under the direction of a Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living and support admission and discharge procedures.

The role includes leading or co-facilitating patient groups, orienting new patients to the unit, and performing safety/location checks, with tasks varying by shift and area assigned.

Qualifications

• Stable physical and mental health required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under direction of Charge Nurse or RN.
