• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Collects data: intake/outtake, vitals, weight, temp, pulse, resp, BP; reports deviations to nurse.
• Performs basic hygiene and patient rounds; assists with mobility, toileting and comfort.
• Documents patient information timely and accurately in care records.
• Transports patients safely and ensures patient comfort during movement.
• Welcomes patients and families, maintains patient privacy and safety throughout care.
