Aufgaben

• Collect patient data including vitals and skin assessments; report out-of-range values.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and respectfully.
• Perform basic hygiene care in line with policy.
• Conduct regular patient rounds to assist with comfort and hygiene.
• Document information accurately in the chart.
• Transfer and transport patients safely per policies.
• Welcome patients and families; communicate in a reassuring manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
