Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA, is hiring Mental Health Techs for part-time night shift (11pm–7:30am, 24 hours/week) in an Acute Psychiatric Inpatient Hospitalization and Residential Treatment Program for youth with autism spectrum disorders. Must be 21+, offers full benefits, and a $4,000 commitment bonus; overtime eligible.

MHTs provide direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring a safe milieu and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an area of human services (psychology, sociology, counseling, etc.).
• HS diploma/GED plus 2 years in a human services role involving direct contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Record patient vitals and assist with head-to-toe assessments and ADLs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human services

High School diploma/GED + 2 years experience in a human services role
