Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the mental health team on inpatient and/or outpatient units.
• Provides direct patient care including treatment planning and documentation.
• Maintains patient safety through safety checks and de-escalation strategies.
• Leads or co-leads group activities and supports recreational activities.
• Assists in emergencies and records vital signs and clinical observations.
