Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support instrumental ADLs such as housekeeping, dining setup, and transportation.
• Assist with medications through cueing only and document care activities.
• Monitor residents, report changes to supervisors, and ensure safety.
• Provide resident advocacy, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively.
