Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) following resident needs and abilities.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, meals, laundry, transportation coordination).
• Assist with medication self-administration under cueing and supervision.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor or director as needed.
• Participate in dining services and resident activities; document care and activities.
