Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Aids with instrumental ADLs, including light housekeeping, dining setup, and transportation coordination.
• Assists with self-administration of medications via cueing.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Conducts room checks and monitors safety, documents incidents.
• Supports dining services: escorting, serving, and cleanup.
• Participates in resident-centered activities and completes required documentation.
• Acts as a resident advocate and maintains confidentiality.
• Uses respectful communication in sensitive situations and follows up with staff or residents as needed.
• Represents the facility to guests and maintains necessary employment certifications.
• Performs other duties as required.
