Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Nichols Hills is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the evening shift. This full-time role is located in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma City, within a memory care community dedicated to residents living with dementia.

The schedule is 11pm–7am with pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Prior memory care experience is preferred and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry is required.
• Current Certified Medication Aide certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults preferred.
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for residents with memory loss.
• Reliable work history and consistency valued.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and community protocols
• Assist residents with ADLs including personal care, dining, and mobility
• Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment
• Monitor and document vital signs and monthly weights
• Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families
• Uphold each resident’s dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times
