• Night shift; 24 hrs/week; every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and personal care per resident needs.
• Support instrumental ADLs and light housekeeping.
• Cue and assist with self-administration of meds.
• Observe changes and report to ALSA supervisor.
• Conduct room checks; monitor safety and incidents.
• Assist dining services and meals setup/clearing.
• Act as resident advocate; maintain confidentiality.
• Follow agency policies and confidentiality.
• Communicate tactfully in sensitive situations.
• Greet guests and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as required.
